About the Founder
With over 26 years of distinguished service as a New Jersey State Trooper, Bob Linden built a career defined by leadership, professionalism, and a commitment to safety. Throughout his law enforcement tenure, he responded to and investigated critical incidents before advancing into senior supervisory roles, where he oversaw the planning and execution of large-scale security operations. His extensive experience includes coordinating security solutions for many critical incidents, numerous high-valued dignitaries, as well as managing security for the Super Bowl XLVIII championship team. These high-profile assignments sharpened his expertise in threat assessment, event security planning, and crisis management. Following his retirement from law enforcement, Bob continued his work in security as a Vice President of Regional Security for an international bank. In that role, he conducted comprehensive risk and security assessments, led penetration testing initiatives, and trained hundreds of employees in workplace violence prevention and emergency preparedness. Today, through Vigilant Security & Training Solutions, he leverages his decades of experience to help organizations strengthen their security posture, prepare their workforce, and safeguard their people and assets with effective training solutions.
